  I have a billing question, who do I talk to?
  We use a third party group to do our billing. So if you have any billing questions, please defer them to American Billing Service (ABS). The phone number is (503) 657-8663. We do not do billing for self pay. Payment must be render at time of service for self pay.
  
  Why is it so hard to find your facility?
  Based on our location and how the streets are design when you google map or map quest it gives direction through King City. Do not go through King City. Stay on 99W ( S.W. Pacific Highway) and enter in the front of the building. Please see the map we created. We have talked to the city about this and there is nothing they can do.
  
  Do you do medication refills?
  Yes, we do medication refills. It depends on the medication being requested. We do not refill over the phone. All refills must be accompanied by an office visit.
  
  Do you provide x-ray and labs ?
  Unfortunately, not at this time. We send our labs and x-ray to outside facilities. We use Open Advance MRI for our xrays and they have the best affordable prices we have seen.
  
  How long is the wait to see a doctor?
  Not very long at all. Its usually about 10 minutes. We don’t do x-rays or on site lab  which cuts down on the wait time. We know you have other things to do so we’ll try our best to get you out as quickly as possible.
  
  Do you do all the functions of a primary care office?
  Yes, we can do all functions of a primary care office.
  
  Do I need my ID card to be seen?
  Yes, especially in this age of identity fraud. You wouldn’t want someone coming in as you and racking up a bill plus diagnosis’s that could affect your ability to get medical insurance down the road.
  
  Is it better to use my insurance or do self pay ?
  It all depends if you have met your deductible. If you have a high deductible and have not met it than self pay is recommended. If you have already met your deductible than use your insurance.
  
  I was here a few days ago do I have to pay again to be seen?
  Unfortunately, yes you must pay again to be seen.
  
  I have insurance but I don’t have my card with me can I still be seen?
  Yes you can still be seen but through self pay.
  
  I have my significant other’s insurance card but I am on the insurance, can I still use the insurance card even though it does not have my name on it?

  No you can not use the insurance card. You must have your insurance card with your name on it. This procedure is to prevent fraud and identity medical theft. Sorry, there is no exception to this rule. 

I have my insurance card but I don’t have my ID, can I still use my insurance card?
No, you can not use the in surance card without proper ID to verify the card belongs to you.
