If going from Portland take I-5 South. Get off at the Tigard, Newberg exit (294). This will take you straight into 99W. Just keep going. Do not go through King City. Stay on Pacific Highway (99W).

You’ll hit Tigard city and see King City Plaza on your right hand side. Once you pass that you’ll pass the Best Western Inn slow down and you’ll see a blue sign “Bull Mountain Professional Center.” Make a right into the center. You will hit the first building which is the dentist building, we are located in the second building on the other side of the parking lot.

Note if you miss the entrance into Bull Mountain Professional Center, you can turn into Avamere Rehab Center on the right and double back to reach our clinic.
